Tina was terrific. Communication was excellent and emails were answered within a day. My sale had the potential to be difficult and she was able to find the right buyers, using her extensive knowledge of the niche market that is Gabriola. She was always kind and respectful. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

Best Realtors Ever! We can’t say enough about the professionalism, kindness and thoughtful attention to detail that Tina and Guy brought to our recent sale. There were some tricky aspects to navigate, and they both went above and beyond to make sure the sale went as smoothly and easily as possible. The photos and video marketing materials were just a “wow,” and they helped with so much — even installing closet accessories. Not only are they experts at their job, they are exceptionally lovely and caring people. It’s a true family-based business, and we recommend them highly.

Tina and Guy came highly recommended to me by friends who had purchased on Gabriola. The service I received was top notch, but what I appreciated most was their knowledge and candour. My purchase was very atypical and took a long time to complete. They stayed fully committed and went above and beyond. They were an excellent source of information, knew which trades were the best, and weren’t afraid to tell me what I needed to know when we faced controversial legal decisions. They were diplomatic and forthright, helping me make the best decisions. I would recommend them without hesitation. And yes — they are super nice with a great sense of humour.

If you are looking for an easy, pleasant and financially successful real estate transaction, Tina and Guy are five star. After a stressful week trying to work with a Vancouver realtor, I found The Lynch Team. Tina and Guy arrived at my home within hours of my call. The next day, drone and camera photos were taken and posted. Four days later, my place was sold — at a profitable price with no subjects attached. They were always immediately available, professional and reassuring. They feel like family… good family.
