Living on Gabriola Island and working as full time REALTORS® has given us the deep well of knowledge that is needed when considering property in a rural area. Also, we rebuilt our own home on the island, so we know the challenges of the building process on Gabriola, and have good connections with the local trades. We’re specialized in representing both Buyers and Sellers precisely because we know this market so well!
And this place… adventuring outdoors is a big part of life on Gabriola Island, from surfing to skiing to snorkeling with the spawning salmon. We love to explore and have fun with our two children, and feel honoured to be part of the energized and energizing community we live in.
We are firm believers in giving back to the community
We believe a healthy, engaged community is what makes our Island special, and we like to help through contributions of time and financial support.
Every year over the holiday season, we look for a special gift for the community, whether it’s purchasing books for the small free library stand we built, giving grants to young entrepreneurs, buying blueberry plants for the Town Commons, or donating to the Gabriola Land and Trails Trust. We feel strongly that every child should have a safe home, and support the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation each year, with our funds going to the Haven Society in Nanaimo. We’ve also completed the BC Ride to Conquer Cancer, helping to raise money for cancer research.
