Best Realtors Ever! We can’t say enough about the professionalism, kindness and thoughtful attention to detail that Tina and Guy brought to our recent sale. There were some tricky aspects to navigate, and they both went above and beyond to make sure that the sale went as smoothly and easily as possible. The photos and video marketing materials were just a “wow”, and they helped with so much, including installing some closet accessories. Not only are they experts at their job, they are exceptionally lovely and caring people – it’s a true family-based business, and we recommend them so highly.

The service I received from them was top notch, but what I appreciated even more was their knowledge and candour. My purchase on Gabriola was very atypical. And it took a long time to complete. They stayed totally committed to helping me get across the finish line and went above and beyond. They were diplomatic and forthright and this helped me make the decisions that were best for me. I would absolutely recommend them without hesitation. After a stressful week trying to work with a Vancouver realtor I found The Lynch Team.
Tina and Guy arrived at my home a few hours after I called them. The following day pictures by drone and camera were taken and posted. I was concerned that the pictures were so good that prospective buyers would find in-person viewings pale in comparison.
Wrong. Four days later my place was SOLD. At a profitable price with no subjects attached.
